Introduction

Medical laboratory technology is one of the most rapidly expanding health care fields. As a medical laboratory technician, you will play an increasingly important role in health care delivery. The MLT Program provides extensive training, including a clinical internship with supervised work experience. This qualifies graduates to run clinical tests required by physicians to make life-affecting decisions in patient care.

The Medical Laboratory Technology field has been a tool in the diagnosis and study of the various diseases for proper treatment. The knowledge in the field of Hematology, Microbiology, Bio-chemistry and General Pathology is of utmost important for any skilled technician. And therefore, in the rapidly growing area of scientific knowledge and skills, laboratory science is an important area of study for Medical Laboratory Technicians. The Laboratory Technology is a basic important and growing science in the health sector. As there is no council to accredit this training programme, there are number of training centres mushrooming everyday without any standard is a great threat to human beings. When improperly trained personnel’s can not provide quality services and ultimately the society suffer without proper diagnosti  inputs.

 

The health care industry is in the midst of one of the most significant shortages of trained personnel in its history, and leaders predict this trend will continue. The shortage of laboratory personnel is expected to remain high because in the near future many of the current practitioners will be entering retirement years, and not enough programs exist to meet the needs of the industry. In a recent report, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS ) projects employment growth of 16 percent for medical laboratory technicians between 2008 and 2018, which is faster than the average for all occupations. The BLS report states that,The volume of laboratory tests continues to increase with both population growth and the development of new types of tests…Rapid job growth and excellent job opportunities are expected.

The demand for qualified medical laboratory technologist is on the rise and such jobs come with well-paying salary packages. There is paucity in junior level medical technologists who support senior medical technologists in the diagnostic labs and hospitals. Demand for Medical Lab Technician

As per reports of McKinsey and IDFC there will  be   around   $125bn  investment in   health sector of India which   will create    demand   of more than 10,000 medical lab technician for next 5 years. 

Certificate Issued

Succsfull candidates diploma certificate & Registartion Certificate will be issued by the RAJASTHAN PARAMEDICAL COUNCIL dully contituated by the Governemt of Rajasthan.

Eligibility : 10+2 Science Biology or Science Maths with Minimum 45%

 

Age        : 17 Years Completed as on 31st December.

Fee        : 35,000/- per Year 

Course   : Coures duration is two years.
